Inventory Observations                         

 

For every 3 SF/MF listings on the market 1/1/11, on 1/1/12, there are 2 properties on the market

 

On 1/1/12, there are less than one half the number of SF Cape Coral listings priced $100,000 or less than there was on the market 1/1/11.

 

On 1/1/12, there are slightly more than one-half the number of SF homes, priced under $200,000 on the market than on 1/1/11.

 

For every 4 Bank-Owned single family or multi-family properties on the market Jan. 1, 2011, on Jan. 1, 2012, there is only 1 Bank-Owned SF/MF listing.  4 REO properties a year ago; the selection today is only 1
